We had an amazing time during our city trip. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of a beautiful shrine and had a shuttle service to the ski slope every 30 minutes. the hot springs were a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The process of arranging transportation to the hotel beforehand was a bit of a hassle. We had to rely on our hotel concierge in the city to make arrangements for us.

Rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location was ideal, with a public bus stop right outside the hotel and a convenience store within walking distance. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The shuttle service to the train station had limited timings, making it difficult to plan our day. The lack of luggage storage made it inconvenient for us to explore the city before check-in.

The shuttle service to the ski slope and city bus stop in front of this hotel made transportation easy. The hotel also had excellent hotel facilities including comfortable rooms and an exceptional breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful despite my lack of Japanese.
Nothing everything was great.
